Remote radio crane controls for hoists and overhead cranes are quickly becoming the norm in our industry and with good reason. The cost of these devices are very reasonable and the reliability of this technology has increased over the years. By removing the operator from the area of the lift safety is increased and accidents are reduced – a win-win situation for the business and the operator.

The Transmitter:

The transmitter unit is mainly composed of coding lines and transmitting high frequency lines for transmitting control data and achieving the purpose of remote control.

When the operator press the buttons on the transmitter, the encoding module immediately perceived is the key, and combine the address of the key identification number and hamming code encoded into "control data" , which is transmitted to the modulator of the transmitting high-frequency line to modulate the radio frequency carrier. The frequency modulation signal output by the modulator is amplified by the radio frequency amplifier. After filtering by the low-pass filter, it is sent to the antenna to generate the transmitting signal.

The Receiver:

The receiver unit is mainly composed of decoder module and "relay" module. The radio frequency signal (control data) transmitted by the transmitter is received by the antenna and sent to the decoder module. The function of the module is the received signal through the filter, rf amplifier, mixer, intermediate frequency amplifier, demodulator (detection), error budgeting/debugging, decoding after processing the signal processing program, produce the right control instruction to relay output module, to control the drive circuit of the relay module to drive the corresponding relay component.

Function Characteristic :

1. With 8 function buttons (6 single speed keys+1 start key+1 stop key).

2. Control contact is up to 8.

3. With battery voltage warning device, the power supply is cut off during low power.

4. Program the button function by computer software.

5. Up/down, east/west, south/north can be programmed to interlock or non-interlock, toggle or normal etc.

6. Start button can be program to be start, normal, toggle function etc.
