Due to the defect of the traditional design of overhead crane, Derailing is a very troublesome, dangerous, popular problem during overhead crane work, which would disastrously lead overhead crane to fall from rail. Frequently, accidents occur due to derailing.

Adopting the Europe design ideology, we innovated a derailing-proof device, which is an optimal solution to the derailing problem. 2 level wheels beside the rail 2 sides, not just protecting from derailing, but also enhancing the stability of crane traveling, reducing the friction force & friction noise between wheel edge and rail.
